Join one of our classes; they’re low impact and gentle on your joints. You can pop along (there’s no need to book) to “sit and get fit” then stay after for our social gathering; a cuppa and a biscuit is a great way to unwind after your yoga inspired chair based workout.

The chair yoga has helped me immensely. I suffer with anxiety and depression and the hour of the class my mind is fully occupied and switched off from its normal busyness. I feel calmer and more relaxed after the class and this lasts for the next 2 or 3 days. On a physical level I have multiple issues. The core strength practice and exercise the classes provides in a safe environment is invaluable to me. The chat and cuppa and social element after the class is also beneficial.
I enjoy the class and would be gutted if it had to stop. Karen and Amanda are lovely and provide an environment of wellbeing that is hard to find.
